Job Description :
You’ll be trained to handle Tier-1 support, including troubleshooting (password resets, printer issues) and student services (registration, admissions, payments).
Duties Include :
- Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting with issues related to hardware, software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Documenting interactions using a ticketing system.
- Preparing help desk incident reports.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in a Contact Center or IT Help Desk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must pass a tech quiz (minimum score : 17 / 20) and typing speed assessment.
Training Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 : 30 PM ET (1-hour lunch, two 15-minute breaks).
Work Environment :
- Consistent high-speed internet (25 Mbps+).
- Quiet workspace for calls.
- Own a Windows 10+ desktop / laptop (no Chromebooks / Macs).
Production Schedule :
- 8-hour shifts; weekends required.
- Full attendance during training is mandatory.
