Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and reconciliations to guide business decisions.
- Manage costing, inventory, and pricing strategies to maintain fiscal health.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize costs and improve financial practices.
- Engage with external auditors and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
Qualifications :
- Experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or related fields.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Great Plains, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
