Key Responsibilities
Establish best practices and standardized frameworks across programs and projects
Design repeatable processes for project initiation, tracking, governance, and delivery
Prepare detailed program / project plans and manage communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience in agile methodologies and DevSecOps processes
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and JQL
Strong risk and conflict management skills
Ability to create reports, charts, and dashboards for stakeholder communication
Technical expertise in Retail POS systems
