Supports the Health Information Management department by utilizing and maintaining paper and electronic medical records.
Scans a variety of medical record documents into the EMR. Sustains a high level of customer service while providing appropriate access to patient information and charts as needed.
Functions as a member of a team to ensure full shift coverage and timely fulfillment of requests.
QUALIFICATIONS : Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
One year experience in similar position in medical office and experience with multi-line phone system preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm.
