Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1739.28 - $2003.95
2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need)oMust be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as neededoMust have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)oGraduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required oPrevious Rehab Experience - RequiredoPrevious travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.
oCPSI EMR experience - Highly PreferredoPrevious experience working with PTA's - PreferredoThis is a small community without public transport.
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. Profile Requirements : oWork HistoryoSkills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year o1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)oLicense / Certifications - MUST be uploaded with profile (NBSTSA, BLS - Facility will not pend license / certs)oBLS (AHA)
