This positionwill report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer andbe responsible for directing subordinate supervisors and staff inthe development and delivery of IT security standards and bestpractices.

The ITSM will performs two core functions for theDepartment.The first is overseeing the operations of the of theSecurity Operations Center (SOC) and security analysts.

The secondis supporting the Compliance team in maintaining and establishing astronger security stance through policy architecture and trainingprocesses.

Secondary tasks will include assisting in the selectionof appropriate security solutions and oversight of anyvulnerability audits and assessments.

The IT SM is expected tointerface with peers in the Systems and Network departments as wellas with the leaders of the business units to both share thecorporate security vision with those individuals and to solicittheir involvement in achieving higher levels of enterprise securitythrough information sharing and cooperation.

Responsibilitiesincluded but are not limited to : Overseeing the deploymentintegration and initial configuration of all new security solutionsand of any enhancements to existing security solutions inaccordance with standard best operating procedures generically andthe enterprises security documents specifically.

Creating andmaintaining the departments security architecture design. Workingwith our InfoSec Compliance team to create and maintain thedepartments Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Planwhere appropriate.

Implementing processes and methods for auditingand addressing information security standards noncompliance toacceptable compliant environments.

Providing support in maintainingthe departments security awareness training program. Conductingstudies within and outside the organization to ensure compliancewith industry and security standards and best practices.

Managingand participating in the planning and implementation of securityadministration for all IT projects and responsible for evaluationand selection of security applications & systems.

Makingrecommendations and assisting in the implementation of changes towork methods and procedures to make them more effective or tostrengthen security measures.

Continuing InfoSecs efforts tomaintain security documents such as policies standards baselinesguidelines and procedures.

Experience with security and technologytools such as SIEM tools i.e. Splunk or endpoint security andthreat intelligence tools.

Supervise all investigations intoproblematic activity and provide ongoing communication with theCISO and InfoSec team. Supervise the design and execution ofvulnerability assessments penetration tests and security audits.
