Job Title : Operations Management Leadership Development Program
Location : Memphis, TN, or Lubbock, TX - Full relocation assistance provided
Position Overview :
Step into a dynamic Operations Management Leadership Development Program designed specifically for engineers ready to take their careers to the next level.
Over 18-24 months, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas such as plant operations, staffing and scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance and capital planning.
Upon completing this program, you'll transition to a Facility Management role at one of our sites across the U.S.
Position Details :
- Compensation : $79K-$81K, with salary increases upon promotion (typically within one year).
- Bonuses : Profit-sharing and annual incentive bonuses (up to 10%).
- Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, life, and disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, profit-sharing, and more.
- Shift : Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Travel : Approximately 10% (occasional overnight stays).
- Vaccine Requirement : None.
