Project Manager Hybrid Position in Ogden, UT
About the Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated, and capable individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This role is perfect for someone interested in a long-term career in a niche industry that makes a significant impact by securing financial returns for clients.
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge in international customs and brokerage, allowing you to eventually manage client projects independently.
What You’ll Do
Starting with a focus on data entry, you’ll learn the intricacies of the business in a supportive, hands-on environment. Over time, your responsibilities will expand to include client management, giving you the autonomy to handle accounts with increasing independence as you grow into the role.
Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong customer service skills and a collaborative mindset
- Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM
- Eager to learn and develop within a team-focused setting

- Starting Pay : $20 per hour, plus immediate monthly bonuses based on performance
- Schedule :
- 9-hour shifts with every other Friday off
- Hybrid flexibility with bi-weekly work-from-home days

Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in Excel
