Some key duties and responsibilities include :
- Responsible for maintaining and developing new clients that provide work for the team and prepares proposals for services.
- Serve as Project Manager on large complex projects or multiple smaller projects.
- Participate in promotional activities that develop network and establish as an expert in selective markets.
- Coordinate with team Principal, other discipline leads, and marketing department on business development opportunities.
- Leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and project management.
Education and experience requirements are :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering;
- Masters degree in Structural Engineering preferred;
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with several as a lead engineer or project manager.
- Professional Engineer License with the ability to obtain reciprocity in other states.
