Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clearvision and strategy for the Data Product Hub.
• Champion data democratizationefforts to ensure data is accessible understandable and actionablefor all users.
• Stayup to date with industry trends and best practices in datamanagement and product development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including Insights Delivery Business Intelligence teams DataScience Dev Ops as well as with key data user personas across allfunctional teams including Digital Customer Marketing MerchandizingFinance Supply Chain HR and Store Operations to understand theirdata needs and challenges.
• Foster strong relationships withstakeholders to drive alignment and support for datainitiatives.
• Lead thedevelopment and enhancement of the Data Product Hub ensuring itmeets user needs and supports strategic goals. Drive the endtoendproduct lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoingoptimization.
• Prioritize features andimprovements based on user feedback business impact and technicalfeasibility.
• Workclosely with data governance and security teams to ensure dataintegrity compliance and security are maintained.
• Develop policies and bestpractices for metadata management data usage andsharing.
• Driveinitiatives to improve data literacy across the organizationincluding training programs and selfservice tools.
• Advocate for intuitive userinterfaces and experiences that enhance dataaccessibility.
• Establish key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of datademocratization efforts.
• Regularly report on progress andoutcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in computerscience Engineering Business or a related field; MBA or advanceddegree preferred.
• 5years of experience in product management with a focus on dataproducts or data platforms.
• 2 years of direct productownership and proven track record of successfully launching andmanaging data products.
• Strong foundational knowledge ofdata engineering including data warehousing managing and analyzingdata SQL critical thinking and basic understanding of MachineLearning.
• Strongunderstanding of data management principles data governance anddata analytics.
• Strong understanding of GCPservices data management principles data governance and dataanalytics ( Dataplex Dataproc BigQuery Spanner Pub / Sub Looker & Vertex AI) or equal competitiveproducts from Databricks AWS (S3 Data Lake Redshift etc.) orMicrosoft Fabric.
• Strong domain expertise incloudbased data systems and realtime data processing a significantplus along with experience in exploratory data analysis fromcomplex and highdimensional datasets to produce innovativesolutions for business partners.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively withtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a passionfor leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with agilemethodologies and product managementtools
