What You'll Do :

Serve as the welcoming face and voice for all residents, applicants, and visitors to our leasing office.

Meet with prospective residents to showcase our community and assist them in finding their perfect home.

Assist with marketing and leasing plans, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Act and company policies.

Support daily office operations, including filing, answering phones, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications :

Preferred : 1 year of leasing experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.

Ability to multitask in a busy environment and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in standard office tasks and basic computer skills.
