The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square is looking for Product Manager(s) to strategize, organize and manage various products, projects, events and / or social media / communication channels.
Candidates should be detail oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and an appetite for doing things differently. Candidates should possess the ability to conceptualize and communicate new ideas and then oversee the work and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting to stakeholders. This position would allow flexibility to work from home most days with potential evening and weekend assignments as needed.
This position works under the Director of Marketing and Reputation and is integral in helping the Choir to fulfill its mission to perform music that inspires people throughout the world to draw closer to the divine and feel God’s love for His children.
This position is responsible for supporting, designing, developing, promoting, or implementing products and solutions for The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, such as Music & the Spoken Word, recurring and special performances, social media work, and digital and print deliverables.
The position coordinates and integrates with cross-departmental efforts to gather audience requirements, create plans, and work with others to implement solutions.
The role participates in and / or directs cross-functional professional teams, often in a global context, in all phases of the product or program life cycle from ideation to execution to evaluation.
- Oversee and / or manage one or more products or programs through their lifecycle
- Lead and work with cross-functional teams and cross-departmental efforts with other professionals and content creators
- May create or oversee written content for use on digital platforms (website, blogs, newsletters,

- Understand and help create reporting mechanisms for analytics across all platforms including web and social.
- Balance stakeholder requirements with customer / audience needs

- Oversee print production needs of the organization
- Create and share presentations and internal communications
- Assist in product launch and adoption for target audiences
- Communicate and seek approvals at executive levels
- Work with correlation planning, evaluation, and research teams to ensure products are effective and delivered within process
- Establish, monitor, and report product metrics and effectiveness
Required :
- Work will be based out of Salt Lake City; candidate must live within 100 mile radius of SLC, being able to easily work in the office as required
- 9+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects or initiatives, and a bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, communications or related disciplines, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- History of being a top performer in previous work assignments
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proven ability to : Proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems Influence strategy to address internal or external business needs Advocate change and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Create and deliver executive-level presentations Operate with minimal supervision

- May require travel up to 5% of the year Must be eligible and available to travel within the USA and internationally as required
Preferred :
- Master's degree in degree business, marketing, communication, or related field
- Experience promoting professional level performing arts groups highly desirable
