Job Opportunity : Restaurant Manager
Salary Range : $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Role Overview :
As the Restaurant Manager of Chotto Matte, you're the orchestrator of exceptional dining experiences. You'll oversee the seamless operation of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver nothing short of excellence, setting the stage for our continued success.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead by example, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained at all times.
Optimize guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Train, and mentor staff to uphold our standards of excellence and foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests and staff.
Proficiency in restaurant management software.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Physical Demands :
Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
Occasional lifting and / or moving of items up to 15 lbs.
