Weekly Salary Range : $1970 - $2110 per week (estimated)

Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Auburn, NY 13021 (Finger Lakes region)

Facility Type : Community Hospital (90 beds)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 13 / 2025 – End : 1 / 10 / 2026)

Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Hours : 36 guaranteed per week

Employment Type : Travel RN

Patient Ratio : 1 RN : 6-7 patients

Charting System : Paragon

Floating : Required (Med / Surg Float Position)

Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active New York State RN license

Minimum 2 years recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on Stroke topics prior to start

IV experience required (no IV team on site)

Ability to independently interpret telemetry strips

Travel nursing experience preferred

COVID vaccine not required (proof of vaccination or declination per facility guidelines)

Must pass proctored EKG exam on Day 1

RN Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units

Float between units to support hospital staffing needs

Interpret telemetry strips and manage IVs independently

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes

Document patient care accurately using Paragon charting system

Participate in ongoing education and maintain required nursing certifications

Work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled
