Come join our Salinas team as a Utility Driver.

We are looking for a Class B CDL driver with 3 years of experience and a tanker endorsement.

This is a home daily role.

There may be occasional overnights need for coverage a few times per year.  Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday 4am to 12 : 30pm $25-$27 per hour starting rate What you'll do : Handle 2" to 3" hoses pumping out used cooking oil materials into truck.
  • Utilize hydraulic equipment to maneuver tanks at pickup locations.
  • Clean and service internal and external grease traps.
  • Collect and drop off containers to customers.

  • What you need to drive :
  • A valid CDL B license with Tanker Endorsement. 3 years CDL driving experience.
  • Air Brake Endorsement.
  • Good driving record.
  • Safety risk rating within Mahoney acceptable standards.
  • DOT certified medical card.
  • The ability to lift, push or pull 100 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

    • Working Conditions :

  • Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Exposure to used cooking oil odors.
  • Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and / or tight driving areas.
  • Handling grease coated equipment.
