Uncapped Games - Senior Technical Producer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Technical Producer to join our new AAA team, Uncapped Games in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate for this role will help innovate an all-new and original IP "Battle Aces" to revolutionize RTS games for players around the world.

What You'll Get to Do :
- Partner with leadership and production peers to help set project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with various disciplines (design, engineering, production, art, QA, biz ops, etc.) to establish feature roadmap and ensure feature release targets are met.
- Manage deliverables, task breakdown and tracking for a subset of engineering teams.
- Drive the planning and execution of development and delivering of the assigned features.
- Timely project status report, risk and issue escalation to leadership.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of outsourced services and assets for owned features.
- On going process improvement in live ops and engineering production.
Requirements :
What We Are Looking For :
- 5+ years AAA game development experience with strong organizational skills.
- Experience managing and operating a live game as a service with frequent updates and ongoing maintenance.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive individual, adept at navigating ambiguity and motivated to establish structure and organization within the production process.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and align a diverse range of stakeholders, inspiring them to embrace a shared vision.
- A passion for RTS games, bringing to the table an understanding of what makes them work well as a genre.
Pluses :
- RTS game production experience.
- Able to work effectively with all game development disciplines.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Office Suit.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $103,200 to $214,800 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
