We are seeking a highly experienced Development Director to lead our development team in creating innovative and high-quality solutions in a start-up company with high sales potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and manufacturing and will be responsible for managing the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a deep understanding of software development methodologies and a track record of successful project management.

Duties :

• Oversee the development process from planning to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead the development team, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
• Implement business continuity planning to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Design and implement high-quality software solutions using C# and vSphere.
• Work closely with the system administration team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including PCI.
• Manage and maintain our AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain complex databases using SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to the development team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in software development and technology.

Skills :

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a background in software development and manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
• Experience with business continuity planning and risk management.
• Proficiency in C# and vSphere.
• Strong system administration skills, with experience in managing AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with SQL and database design.
• Familiarity with PCI and other industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Temporary

Pay : $106,229.00 - $118,470.00 per year
