Director of Indirect Procurement

A company is looking for a Director of Global Indirect Procurement to lead and optimize its global indirect sourcing function.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with enterprise goals

Oversee strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management across indirect spend categories

Deliver year-over-year savings targets through cost reduction and demand management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in global indirect procurement leadership

Proven experience managing diverse indirect categories in a manufacturing or chemicals context

Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering measurable savings and performance improvement

Expertise in sourcing strategy, supplier management, and digital procurement tools
