The role youll contribute :

Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served. Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program.

Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.

The value youll bring to the team :

• Demonstrates critical thinking in delivery of assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of quality care to meet patient needs.
• Demonstrates critical thinking in the delivery of all EAP Interventions, such as Workshops, Training, Mediation, Team Effectiveness, Trauma, Drug and Alcohol, Management Services, etc.
• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy as well as psycho-educational groups to promote patient emotional, spiritual, and psychological health.
• Communicates and collaborates with family members and other care givers regarding the plan of care for the patient.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

• Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
• Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
• Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
• EAP knowledge and experience, preferred for EAP program positions.

The salary range reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience and other relevant factors within this pay range.
