Williamsbridge Center is hiring a Registered Nurse(RN) Unit Manager in Bronx NY.
We are currentlyoffering a $10000 signon bonus!!!
Duties :
- Handle all supervisory duties for assignedunit
- Help establish and implement employeepolicies and procedures
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit
- Review Resident records & quality ofcare
- Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Residents cases
- Address questionsor complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
- Represent the units interests with theupperlevel management
Requirements :
- Must hold valid State RN License
- 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellentcommunication skills
