Machine Operator
Job Description
Set up and operate high-speed vertical fill form seal packaging machines, slicing machines, or cup machines. Perform daily pre-operational maintenance checks.
Disassemble and reassemble machines correctly. Monitor and evaluate products to confirm quality standards are achieved. Retrieve raw material and stage in designated locations.
Fill machines with material to ensure uptime. Work within a team of 3-6 workers, proactively seeking communication to maintain product flow, and assist in other jobs where needed.
Perform sanitation throughout the shift and participate in weekly cleanings. Able to work overtime based on business needs.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
