What You'll Do
- Lead the vision for innovative, high-impact organic social media strategies that drive firm revenue, enhance brand equity, and deepen engagement across corporate and branch networks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive organic social and influencer strategies, define audience targets, and leverage competitive insights to position the firm in the market.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to optimize strategies and deliver measurable ROI across branch teams and millions of clients and prospects.
- Direct multiple departments and teams to engage prospects and clients along a multi-channel journey, aimed at converting them to clients and deepening relationships.
- Lead and execute the following capabilities within Brand & Sponsorships : Organic Social Go-to-Market Strategy; Organic Social Strategy within Omni-Channel Planning and Journey Orchestration; Social Media Influencer Strategy and Activation; Innovation to identify emerging social media trends; Audience segmentation and engagement; Analytics & Reporting.
Responsibilities (Expanded)
Lead the development and execution of complex, differentiated organic social media strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives, brand strategy, and marketing priorities.Integrate social and influencer strategies into omni-channel planning to create cohesive, client-centric experiences across all touchpoints.Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy that aligns with the firm’s brand values and business objectives.Identify emerging social media trends, platforms, and technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of the digital landscape.Define and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure tailored messaging across diverse client and prospect groups.Develop and oversee robust analytics and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness against KPIs.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree or certification in a related field preferred.15+ years driving marketing KPIs through social media go-to-market strategies, channels, and personalization; significant leadership experience.Proven track record of driving brand equity and business outcomes via comprehensive social media strategy, including influencer partnerships, podcasts, and community management across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube).Strong digital and data-driven marketing background with in-market success deploying integrated campaigns across multiple channels.Strong analytical skills with experience in in-market testing, measurement, and analysis.Advanced to expert capabilities in marketing areas such as advertising, digital media, website, direct mail, email, and direct response marketing.Nice to Have / Standout
Series 7 & 66 and financial services experience (preferred).Candidates should be within commutable distance from Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO; in-office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday preferred).Current internal home-based associates : role is posted as hybrid, but you may retain home-based status if selected; future needs may require on-site work.Benefits & Environment
