JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Business Process Architect to make foundational changes in our operations by integrating Gen AI tools, optimizing workflows, and developing ROI models.
The ideal candidate will envision and build a future-state for processes that are more efficient and innovation-driven, working closely with diverse stakeholders.
This role demands a mix of analytical prowess, deep understanding of Gen AI technologies, and excellent leadership to not only identify operational inefficiencies but also to reimagine and enhance them for better output and decision-making.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and redundancies.
- Reimagine and optimize workflows using process improvement methods like Lean and Six Sigma, incorporating Gen AI tools for automation and enhancement.
- Research and evaluate Gen AI technologies for applicability, collaborating with engineering teams for integration.
- Develop detailed ROI models and business cases to drive funding and support for Gen AI initiatives.
- Work with solution architects and stakeholders to create a visionary future-state using Gen AI technologies, aligning closely with strategic and business goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong understanding and experience with Gen AI technologies and applications.
- Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, or re-engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
