Job Title : Industrial Fitter

Job Description : We are currently seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. The Fitter will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial fitting principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess excellent welding and metalworking skills.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, layout, fit, finish, and repair complex fabrications according to work packages and product specifications.
• Work under the guidance of the shop superintendent to adhere to production schedules.
• Perform fit test evaluations, including cutting, beveling, and fitting tasks.
• Ensure the finished product meets pass / fail acceptability standards.
• Bring personal tools such as a tape measure, square, center punch, hammer, striker, and grinder.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 / hr.
