If you are AED / CPR certified, hold a current Group Ex or Personal Training certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, and have a great balance between high energy and thoughtful education, we want you on our team! Ideally, you are available to coach in both our Mill Valley and Novato studios.
As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties :
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Being a team player
Approved applicants will be required to pass Orangetheory's education program.Pay based on enrollment as well as potential for team bonuses. Compensation : - per hour
