Summary :

The Site Emergency & Crisis Management program manager will work with internal / external stakeholders and on key deliverables needed for the success of the site Emergency Management & Crisis Management programs. The successful candidate will ensure that efforts continue to support the foundation of the Emergency & Crisis Management programs.

These key deliverables include developing, managing, and executing the Emergency & Crisis Management plans, developing response teams and provide appropriate training of administrative and response personnel, communicating program features and benefits, developing training materials, and ensuring work aligns with Global Security best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Program Management
• Ensure the success of the emergency and crisis management programs
• Ensure the collaboration and alignment with key programs / stakeholders
• Support the growth and maintenance of the emergency & crisis management programs
• Develop and maintain key internal and external partnerships
• Emergency & Crisis Plan Management
• Update templates to meet latest standards and expectations
• Crisis Management Plan (CM)
• Ensure alignment with key business stakeholders
• Communicate changes to stakeholders
• Maintain latest versions of plans in controlled repository
• Site Incident Assessment
• Ensure coordination with Site Senior Security Manger and contract security leadership on awareness of real-time information on various situations & incidents
• Prepare to support site -based emergency & crisis impacts
• Function as liaison during on-site emergency / crisis incidents (as needed)
• Emergency & Crisis Training Development
• Maintain records on all emergency & crisis trainings
• Gain feedback on training effectiveness
• Provide training to all stakeholders, as needed

Payrate : $61.00 - $63.00 / hr.

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $61.00 - $63.00 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
