Wieland is hiring a Pressure Vessel Welder III. The Pressure Vessel Welder III will be responsible for working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with welded assembly of final product, sub-assemblies and components for products which includes adherence to ASME Code Safety Regulations. . This role is located in Delaware, Ohio and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay : $29.00 per hour

Schedule : 1st shift Monday - Thursday (6 : 00am to 4 : 30pm)

Pay Schedule : Bi-weekly

Responsibilities

Pressure Vessel Welder III Responsibilities :

Following the production orders, prepare parts and weld components into assemblies.

• Execute welds in accordance with company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards.
• Propose new methods, procedures or equipment to improve efficiency and / or quality.
• Prepare fixtures and other specialized tools to streamline production and improve efficiency.
• Cooperate with engineering and technical departments to finalize processes and procedures to industrialize products.
• Train and assist less experienced welders to foster their growth and ensure quality.
• Identify and implement safety improvements.
