Job Title : Long-term Care Certified Nursing Assistant

Location : Fair View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Mauston, WI

Shifts Available :

Part-time 1, 72 hours per pay period; PM Shift, 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm

Part-time 2, 32 hours per pay period; Day Shift, 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

Weekend rotation : Shifts include every other weekend, weekend and night shift differentials available

Holiday rotation : Holiday rotation

Position Summary : Performs resident functions in accordance to nursing home standards of practice.

Position Responsibilities :

• Provides for resident's personal hygiene : gives bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assists with showers.
• Provides for activities of daily living : assists with meals and feeds patients; ambulates, turns, and positions patients; provides fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Performs I&O checks vital signs and weight; assists with specimen collection; and post-mortem care.
• Provides for comfort needs of residents
• Promptly answers resident's call lights and requests.
• Other duties are requested within scope of practice
