Junior Assistant Swim Coach

Description

The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for individuals who are motivated, responsible, and want to assist with coaching our competitive swim team. This position is heavily weighted on the human relations side. Will be expected to deliver quality lessons at practice under the guidance of Assistant Coaches. Must be able to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with other staff, YMCA members, parents and the general public.

Hours

Monday - Friday afternoons / evenings; Saturdays & Sundays - various shifts available.

Pay Range

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience
