POSITION OVERVIEW

The Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for ensuring projects are executed to plan, safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specification. This role requires strong technical knowledge of construction assemblies, consistent application of processes, and effective coordination of field staff and trade partners. The Superintendent ensures that every detail of the project reflects Northstars standards and values.
