Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Analyze and optimize FPA systems and processes to improve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Utilize Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including Oracle PCM, to develop and maintain robust financial models.
- Lead and manage FPA transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration of new systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and understanding of new systems and tools.
- Document processes and create user manuals to support system users and maintain compliance with internal standards.
Degree Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
