As an Account Setup Specialist, job duties include :
- Review documentation and requests meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage workload effectively, maintaining awareness of overall work volume and prioritizing tasks to meet critical SLAs.
- Complete customer setup requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate clearly and promptly with the Implementation Manager regarding any returned requests or issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills :
- 3 + years of experience working with Cash Management Products in a Banking or Financial Services environment.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and critical SLAs.
- Demonstrated capability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
