Job Type : Full-Time, Part-Time

Pay : Starting at $12.00 per hour plus Bonus

Overview :

As an Assistant Manager at Jeremiahs Italian Ice, you will play a crucial role in driving our store's success. You will help oversee daily operations and ensure that our location excels in cleanliness, teamwork, and financial performance.

This position is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest
• Assist with training new team members
• Manage the team you are shift with
• Attend catering events and make occasional deliveries
• Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

Experience and Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on operational efficiency and team development

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity
• Excellent communication and people skills

Work Schedule :

• Shifts : 8-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts
• Availability : Open availability required; flexibility needed for both opening and closing shifts
