Project Overview
This is a 12-month project role working on-site in White Plains NY paying $44 / hr
The selected candidate will collaborate with a core project team and provide project and change management services that will lead to a successful development and implementation of Asset management related engagement, learning, communications and associated processes.
The candidate will need to be strategic-thinking and have a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to establish connections and build trust by fostering relationships.??
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Engage business stakeholders across sites to understand and understand needs, develop guidance, and train on new processes and procedures
- Clarify, document and streamline the flow of communications and decisions across the asset management system and organization
- Conduct change impact & benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and more
- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose change management, communications, and training plans
- Track change related items, and report / escalate progress, interdependencies, and flag any Change-related issues and risks.
- Skills
Robust experience in project management and change methodologies and skills, with proficiency in using project management methods to define, plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of a project
- Advanced experience leading successful medium to large scale, complex change projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation through delivery
- Extensive experience leveraging relationships and working effectively across all levels of an organization with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing projects in rapid and complex changing work environments
Education & Certifications
Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology / Leadership, Project Management, Communications or similar; graduate work a plus
