Spello is a scratch kitchen featuring authentic Italian cuisine by award winning Executive Chef, Justin Melnick. Justin is a 2005 graduate of the CIA, and spent over five years as Executive Chef of the Terrace at the Charlotte Inn, Martha's Vineyard.
Justin has also traveled and worked extensively in Italy, with his wife and Spello pastry Chef, Emily Melnick.
Spello is a teaching kitchen, and welcomes passionate kitchen staff of all experience levels to join our team. Applicants should bring a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and enjoy working as part of a close knit team.
Positions from Dishwasher to Sous Chef are currently available. Schedules can be flexible and compensation is competitive. Come join our team!
