What you will do :
- Manage and review month end close reporting (journal entries, g / l recs, financial statements )
- Provide analysis on financials and operations (variance, trend, sales )
- Recommend areas for opportunity, metrics, and processes.
- Develop and report metrics and KPIs to Operations Leaders.
- Process improvement utilizing ERP system.
- Report on the day to day drivers of the business.
- Work hands on / oversee fixed assets, AP, AR, inventory, and sales tax
What you will have :
- B.S. in Accounting or related
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction
- The ability to lead a small team
- Good knowledge of GAAP accounting
- Enjoy using technology
