Creative development. Brainstorm ideas and tactics to push member enrollment / engagementatahigherlevel.Ownbriefwritingandhandoffsoffinal approvals.
Assetmanagement.Maintaintheenrollmentlibraryandensurethatcontentis constantly being refreshed.
Clientenablement.Owntheclientnewsletter(monthly)tonurtureclientenablement efforts.
AssistUserGrowth.Ownpaidmediachannelsandassistwithcreativedevelopment, reporting, strategy roadmaps & organic growth tactics
Diligenceinconductingmeaningfulandthoroughreviewofwork(e.g.,contentreview).
Trackandreportperformancemetricstooptimizecampaignsandensuregoalsaremet (enrollment and cost per install)
Providecollaborationacrossteams,especiallyProduct,ClientSuccess,Content& Design
Managethemembermarketingstyleguidelinesandensurethatcontentaligns, especially with the DEI&B aspects.

Whatwerequire :
Minimum2yearsofB2BandB2B2Chealthcaremarketingexperience,preferablyindigital healthcare
ExpertusingdigitalmarketingtechnologiesincludingSalesForceMarketingCloud(SFMC)for sophisticated email journeys, SalesForce.com (SFDC)
Confidentprojectmanagementandprioritizationskillswithmasteryofthedetails;you’reableto manage multiple projects at any given time and enjoy putting processes in place to work more efficiently with growth and scale.
