Responsibilities

Policyholder Assistance : Respond to inquiries from policyholders, ensuring their insurance questions are answered promptly and accurately.

Claims Support : Provide guidance and support in navigating the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Information Management : Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any client issues or concerns proactively, ensuring client satisfaction.

Continuous Product Knowledge : Stay informed of new insurance products and services to provide up-to-date information to clients.

Feedback Collection : Gather and relay client feedback to the team to improve customer service practices.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience : Prior customer service experience, especially in insurance, is advantageous.

Licensing : Must be willing to obtain an appropriate insurance license within a specified time frame.

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently.

Tech-savvy : Proficient in using customer service software and related technologies.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong capacity to empathize and build rapport with clients.
