Director, Financial Planning & Analysis Location :

  • Grand Prairie, TX Schedule : Full-time, Exempt Are you ready to turn numbers into strategy?
  • We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director who thrives on uncovering insights, shaping budgets, and guiding leadership decisions.
  • This is not just about crunching numbers; it’s about influencing the future of a dynamic, multi-site business.
  • What You’ll Do Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive decision-making.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends across multiple markets and business units.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.
  • You’ll help steer the business, not just report on it.
  • Partner with operations and general managers to connect financial performance to real-world drivers.
  • Produce dashboards, reporting, and variance analysis that highlight opportunities and risks.
  • Lead scenario planning (seasonal trends, promotions, events) to anticipate what’s ahead.
  • What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus). 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling chops; ERP and BI tools (Sage, Power BI, Tableau) a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You can explain the “why” behind the numbers to both executives and operators.

A mix of independence and collaboration :

  • you’ll own your work, but you’ll also partner across teams.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Entertainment Venues, Amusement Parks, or Flea Markets is required.

    • Salary range :

  • $115.000 to $130,000 annually, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company.
