Ensure a thorough and professional approach to patient care each day. Visit only one facility per day to maintain focused and personalized care. Collaborate effectively with long-term care facility staff to meet patient needs. Travel to different long-term care facilities, one each day, to deliver consistent care. Utilize Practice Fusion for all EMR documentation. Must hold a current Optometrist license in Georgia. Experience in geriatrics and working with older patient populations preferred. Strong organizational skills to handle the logistics of daily travel and varying schedules. We are seeking a licensed Optometrist for a 56-day locum tenens assignment in Georgia, beginning Aug 18, 2025.
