Position : Graphics / UI / UX Designer
Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week with a Flexible Hourly Schedule - Ideally working from around 4AM EST - 12PM EST
Holidays : US Holidays
Salary : 1200 - 1400 USD / month (the salary will depend on the result of the interviews, assessments, and client's approval)

Overview of the Role : Graphics & UX Designer to help design ads, website graphics and some UI / UX elements on the our website.
Duties and Responsibilities
Landing Page Designs
Banner designs (website and email)
Create assets for digital ads is a must-have - Creating from scratch, but Client will provide clear briefs
Thumbnail Design - for YouTube videos / Ads
Convert briefs and written content into digestible visual formats (infographics, etc.)
Designing layouts ( Print / Website ) - Client to provide creative brief
Experience with Adobe Suite is a must-have
Main Tasks : Design Image / GIF Ads, Landing Pages and Website Elements.
Minimum Requirements :
At least a year of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Banner Design, Photoshop Skills, and more.
Website UI / UX Design (not development) - good understanding of UI / UX is a must
Ability to create assets for digital ads is a must-have - Creating from scratch, but Client will provide clear briefs
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a must-have (Illustrator and Photoshop)
They must also be willing to learn new tools (2 months into the role, we will expect them to know all of the tools)
Creative Design - they must be creative and be able to make unique designs.
Must submit a portfolio
The candidate must be able to express himself clearly and does not have any comprehension issues. Native or near-native accent is not necessary for the role.
Internet Speed requirement : Minimum of 25 Mbps
Ideal :
Ideally 2 years of relevant experience
Background in Direct To Consumer brands or agencies would be great
Experience with Figma + Canva nice-to-have (Will be required to learn both within the first 2 months if no experience.)
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / XD, Figma and Canva would be great. They don't need to know each one when they start, they just need to be able to create the assets we need that can be created with either of those tools.
