IT Sales Executive – Hybrid Role

📍 Locations : Gainesville, FL | Jacksonville, FL

Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of IT solutions? We’re seeking ambitious IT Sales Executives to lead new business development efforts across Florida. In this 100% hunter, B2B role, you’ll identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals that help businesses thrive through technology.

This is a hybrid position with both field and remote responsibilities, requiring periodic presence at our Gainesville office and our soon-to-open Jacksonville location.

What You’ll Do :

Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations within your territory
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
Manage your sales pipeline and activities using HubSpot CRM
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years of outside B2B sales experience , ideally in IT or MSP environments

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly

Comfortable engaging with C-level executives

Compensation & Benefits :

💼 Base Salary : $40,000 – $60,000

💰 On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $70,000 – $90,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
