Job Summary :
HR Employer Solutions Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in Coral Springs, Florida.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with navigating our services and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
- Educate clients on our products and services, and make recommendations to best meet their needs
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality and efficient service to our clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up on any pending inquiries
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
