Bilingual Bookkeeper

PeopleShare has an opening for a Bilingual Bookkeeper in Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Candidates must be bilingual and able to speak both English and Spanish to be considered. Title : Bilingual Bookkeeper Location : Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 Salary : $22-24 / hr Duration : 4 month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (A / P, A / R, bank statements)
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Process payroll and maintain related records
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Support year-end closing and work with external accountants

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (logistics industry a plus)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
