DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or appropriate technical training.
- Proven experience in managing Educational, Municipal, and Industrial projects.
- Familiarity with public facilities and familiarity with Florida School Code requirements is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in leading project teams, including fostering employee development, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software commonly used in municipal or school construction environments.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary of up to $150,000 (commensurate with experience).
