What You Can Expect : + Works as consultant, educator, or community liaison to facilitate collaborative coordination of patient care + Responds to patient and family needs and acts as an advocate + Monday-Friday schedule + Full benefits with hosptial contributions Qualifications : + Education : Bachelors' Degree + Experience : 2 years' experience + Licenses / Certifications : Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Experience preferred in social work, developmental disabilities, child protection, care coordination in a medical system, interacting with a care team to include doctors, nurses or school systems and IEPS Our pediatric team has more than 150 skilled pediatricians and pediatric specialists, including afull-servicehospitalist program who work with providers from around the region toprovidehigh quality care to more than 100,000 pediatric patients annually.
Additionally, we have a Level IV NICU and a 13-bed PICU, the first in the state of Idaho.? St. Luke's Children's Hospital is also developing a pediatric trauma program.
