By overseeing partnership operations, you will create and manage efforts across forecasting, demand generation, pipeline development and performance metrics to achieve shared goals.

What You’ll Achieve
- Provide strategic insights and high-impact business analysis to drive our partnership initiatives forward.
- Manage partner operations across forecasting, pipeline management, demand generation, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Deliver effective analytics and data-driven insights on partner performance, benchmarks, and KPIs.
- Implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, partner portal management, and communications.
- Work with the partnership team to develop and manage go-to-market programs and processes.
- Ensure that partnerships generate ongoing value and align with Epsilon’s strategic goals.
- Successfully execute high-impact strategic projects that drive growth and efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize partner performance.
- Develop and implement effective partner enablement programs that enhance partner capabilities and engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts to achieve shared objectives.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you :
- 7+ years of industry experience in partnership management, including 5 years in partnership operations.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem strategy, operations, management, planning, and analysis in the marketing technology and tech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex alliances and partnerships.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and advanced modeling skills with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems and recommend actionable solutions.
- Experience working in a global, remote-first environment with an appreciation for cultural nuances.

Salary Range : $145,000.00 - $165,000.00
