Office Administrator
Pay - $25 per hour
Hours - 30 hours per week (could be 5 days for 6 hours or 4 days for 7.5 hours). Start time needs to be 8AM
Location - 78759 area
- Someone who can perform office admin / receptionist duties
- Feld inbound calls and transfer to the correct party
- Assemble digital files
- Document conversion (paper files to digital files)
- Help with proposal preparation
- Great skills with Adobe, word and excel
- Experience with a CRM (the one the client uses is proprietary and candidates wouldn't have used that specific CRM)
