The idea behind the Lube Technician position is paid training to enable you to become a Certified Technician eventually.
The ideal candidate for this position would have prior automotive repair experience and a great work ethic.
Lube Technician Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose automotive problems as they arise
- Conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts.
- Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair / servicing process.
- Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team

Qualifications
Lube Technician Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Driver’s License
Corporate hiring requirements : 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen THC not included in the screening.
