Opportunity :

Board Certified / Eligible - Interventional Cardiology

Job Details :

• Coverage needed for 4-5 days over a weekend period, for a total of 2 weeks per month
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient care with shift hours from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
• Handle 18-25 patients per day in clinic settings
• Perform 5-7 interventional procedures per day when in the procedure room
• Conduct various interventional cardiology procedures including LHC with intervention, RHC, and TEE
• Schedule typically includes 2-3 days of clinic and 2 days of IC procedures, plus call coverage
• Call responsibilities include both general and interventional / STEMI coverage
• Potential night call 1-2 days during 2-week rotation in addition to 1 weekend of call
• Must be comfortable managing STEMI calls and elective procedures
• Required certifications : ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
• Must have active Missouri license or IMLC eligibility
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
